Article 1 — Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the site academy.drsolene.com (hereinafter the “Site”), published by ASC CONSEIL.

In the event of fraudulent use, the User undertakes to immediately inform ASC CONSEIL at the address academy@drsolene.com.

4.3 Suspension and closure of the account

ASC CONSEIL reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any User who fails to comply with these Terms of Use, without notice or compensation.

Article 5 — Services Offered

The Site offers in particular:

• the presentation of the Drs Academy training and its content;
• the marketing of and access to the training, under the conditions defined in the Terms and Conditions of Sale;
• the dissemination of editorial and educational information;
• the option to sign up for a newsletter or to contact ASC CONSEIL.

Article 6 — Prohibited Conduct

The User undertakes to use the Site in compliance with these Terms of Use, the legislation in force and the rights of third parties.

The following are in particular prohibited:
